Qualified alternatives: what to use instead of Qualified and Piper

Qualified sells Piper, an AI SDR that greets website visitors, qualifies them against your Salesforce data and books meetings with the right rep. Salesforce completed its acquisition of Qualified on 1 April 2026. People look for Qualified alternatives when they do not run on Salesforce, when Qualified's enterprise sales process is more than they need, or when the website agent should guide visitors in other ways too. This guide compares the options fairly.

We make one of the options, Life Inside, so we have tried to say where another tool is the better choice. Facts about other vendors were checked on 3 November 2026 and are listed under sources. More comparisons: all alternatives.

Qualified alternatives at a glance

1mind

Best for: B2B revenue teams that want a photorealistic AI sales agent

1mind sells AI agents it calls Superhumans: photorealistic, voice-enabled agents that engage website visitors, qualify them, give demos and book meetings, and can support live calls. Its website does not list prices; you contact 1mind for pricing.

Fin for Sales (Intercom)

Best for: Teams that already use Intercom or want pay-per-qualification pricing

Intercom's Fin for Sales qualifies inbound leads against your criteria and routes them to a rep, for example by booking a meeting. At the time of writing (November 2026) it costs $9.99 per qualification. Intercom says it can create leads in Salesforce and HubSpot and book meetings through tools such as Calendly and Chili Piper. See our Intercom alternative page.

HubSpot

Best for: Teams that run marketing and sales on HubSpot rather than Salesforce

HubSpot's live chat starts free, and its customer agent can answer and qualify leads in chat. On Professional and Enterprise it costs $0.50 per resolved conversation in HubSpot Credits at the time of writing (November 2026).

Chili Piper

Best for: Teams whose inbound comes mostly through forms, and who need routing

Chili Piper's Form Concierge qualifies, routes and books meetings straight from your website forms, using rules such as territory, company size and account ownership, with round-robin between reps. It works with Salesforce and HubSpot. It is a scheduling and routing tool, not a chat agent.

Life Inside

Best for: Teams that want an AI agent to answer from their own content and show real video, on any CRM

Life Inside's AI Chat Agent answers from content you approve in 60+ languages and guides visitors to your booking link. When it helps, it shows a short interactive video of your real people in the same window. AgentLoop scores leads and pushes them to HubSpot or Salesforce. It does not route meetings between reps.

Why teams look for Qualified competitors

  • Salesforce at the centre. Piper works from Salesforce data and setup starts with connecting Salesforce. Teams on HubSpot or another CRM get less from it.
  • Now part of Salesforce. Since 1 April 2026 Qualified belongs to Salesforce, and some teams prefer not to tie their website agent to one CRM vendor.
  • No public pricing. Prices go through its sales team, which suits enterprise buyers more than smaller teams.
  • A different job. Not every website visitor is a sales lead. Candidates, customers and researchers ask questions too, and some teams want one agent that helps all of them.

How to choose a Qualified alternative

  • If you need an AI SDR that books with the right rep, look at 1mind or Fin for Sales, and keep Qualified on the list if you run on Salesforce.
  • If your inbound comes through forms, Chili Piper handles qualification, routing and booking after the form.
  • If your CRM is HubSpot, its customer agent keeps conversations and leads next to your contacts.
  • If visitors mostly ask the same questions before they buy, apply or book, an AI agent that answers from your own content does most of the work, then hands over a booking link.
  • Check data hosting and contracts. If you sell in Europe, ask where data is stored and whether you get a data processing agreement.

Is Life Inside a good Qualified alternative?

It is a good fit if your website has to answer real questions before people buy, apply or book, and you want to send leads to HubSpot or Salesforce. It is the wrong fit if you rely on routing meetings between reps by territory or account ownership: Life Inside guides visitors to your booking link but does not route calendars. It does not run live video calls either.

The AI Chat Agent answers from your website, documents and FAQs, only from content you approve, in the language the visitor writes in. When it does not know, it says so, and the gap shows up in AgentLoop, which also scores leads and pushes them to your CRM. See it for sales and marketing.

What makes it different is text chat and video in the same conversation. The visitor chats in text, and when it helps the agent shows a short recorded video of your real people in the same window. In e-commerce that is a product video when a shopper asks how something works. In real estate, after the first questions, the agent shows a video from the agent responsible for the listing and then helps the visitor book a viewing. On customer sites, up to 15% of visitors click the widget.

Setup is one JavaScript snippet, most agents go live within a day, and Life Inside builds the knowledge base with you. Data is hosted in the EU, with a data processing agreement. Book a demo to see it answer from your own content.

Moving from Qualified

  1. Check your contract end date and notice period.
  2. List what Piper does today: the pages it runs on, its qualification rules, where meetings are booked and what it writes to Salesforce.
  3. Export conversation transcripts and pull the most common questions. Your new agent must answer them well on day one.
  4. Decide how booking will work: one booking link, or a routing tool such as Chili Piper behind it.
  5. Test the replacement on a few pages while Qualified still runs elsewhere.
  6. Remove the Qualified snippet from every page, and update Salesforce fields and reports that refer to it as a lead source.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the job. For an AI sales agent that qualifies and books, look at 1mind or Fin for Sales. For form-based routing and booking, look at Chili Piper. For a team on HubSpot, look at HubSpot. For an AI agent that answers from your own content, shows real video in the same chat and sends leads to HubSpot or Salesforce, look at Life Inside.
