Pricing FAQ
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes GDPR-compliant hosting in the EU and access to our Customer Success team. Interactive Video covers collecting, creating and distributing interactive video, with custom branding, auto-subtitles in 60+ languages and 2 users. AI Agent gives you an AI chat agent trained on your own knowledge base, with an AI video agent as an option, 450 video conversation minutes a month and full AgentLoop intelligence. Interactive Video + AI Agent includes everything in both, plus 5 users, a dedicated success manager, custom trainings and monthly and quarterly calls.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. There is no lock-in, just three months' notice. The prices shown are per month. If your situation calls for a different setup, raise it when you book a demo.
What are conversational minutes?
Conversational minutes count when the AI Video Agent is actively talking with a visitor: responding, listening or presenting. Idle time, such as when the agent is waiting on a page, is never counted. Text conversations with the AI chat agent are included under fair use.
What happens if I exceed my conversational minutes?
You are never cut off. Extra minutes are billed at €0.45/min on AI Agent and Interactive Video + AI Agent. Enterprise plans include custom volume pricing.
Can I start with one product and add the other later?
Yes. Start with Interactive Video or AI Agent and move to Interactive Video + AI Agent whenever you are ready. Together they cost €449/mo, which is €199/mo less than buying both separately.
Can I add more agents to my plan?
Yes. On AI Agent and Interactive Video + AI Agent you can add extra agents for €89 per agent per month. On Enterprise, the number of agents is part of your custom agreement.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided pilot so you can see results with real data before committing. Book a demo and we will set it up for you.
What integrations are available?
Custom integrations with your CRM, ATS or e-commerce platform, including Webhook/API access, are part of Enterprise. Tell us what you need to connect when you book a demo.
How is data handled?
All data is hosted in the EU (Sweden), encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3+ in transit. We are fully GDPR compliant with built-in consent management. Enterprise plans include a Data Protection Agreement (DPA) and compliance documentation.
Who is Enterprise for?
Enterprise is for organisations that need single sign-on (SSO), an SLA, a security review, custom integrations, or one setup across several brands or markets. Volume, security and support are tailored to you.
