Pricing FAQ
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes the full Life Inside platform: AI Video Agents, Interactive Video tools (collection, creation & distribution), AgentLoop™ analytics, the Video Widget, lead capture, custom branding, 60+ language support, and GDPR-compliant EU hosting.
Do I need to commit to an annual plan?
No. All plans are available on flexible monthly billing. Annual plans come with a discount, but there is no lock-in.
What are conversational minutes?
Conversational minutes only count when the AI Video Agent is actively communicating with a visitor — responding, listening or presenting. Idle time, such as when the agent is resting or waiting on a page, is never counted.
What happens if I exceed my conversational minutes?
You are never cut off. Overage is billed per minute at your plan rate — €0.55/min on Starter and €0.45/min on Growth. Enterprise plans include custom volume pricing.
Can I add more agents to my plan?
Yes. On the Growth plan, you can add extra agents on a per-agent monthly basis. Enterprise plans include unlimited agents as part of a custom agreement. Contact us for pricing.
Is there a free trial?

What integrations are available?
Growth and Enterprise plans include CRM integrations, Webhook/API access and more. Enterprise adds real-time integrations with any CRM, ATS or e-commerce platform.
Can I get custom avatars?
Yes. Custom avatars are available as an add-on for all plans. Contact us for details and pricing.
How is data handled?
All data is hosted in the EU (Sweden), encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. We are fully GDPR compliant with built-in consent management. Enterprise plans include a Data Protection Agreement (DPA) and compliance documentation.
