Advania strengthens employer branding and candidate engagement

As a leading IT provider in the Nordics and UK, Advania has a strong focus on attracting and retaining top talent. After successfully launching their Employer Value Proposition (EVP), they wanted to take the next step - making their careers page more engaging and dynamic. To achieve these goals, Advania partnered with Life Inside and leveraged the Video Collector feature, allowing them to easily gather and publish employee testimonials on their careers page.
